Week 1: Setting Goals and Overachieving them

 Hello,

So i started this week at a miserable 225.6.  And four days later I am weighing in at 219.4. That is a great start to get motivated for the ABC diet I am starting today.  I lost the weight by restricting calories all day, and when i had to eat in front of someone I would purge as soon as possible.

But that was last week.


This week I am going to try hard not to b/p.. but rather restrict my calories, and see what will happen.


So the ABC diet, is also known as the Ana Boot Camp diet. It is meant to trick your metabolism to keep it elevated. With purging alone, I have ruined my metabolism so hopefully this will help in more than one way.

Eat as many calories as the chart says. I tend to eat less for the  first few days, but those extra calories are need for your body to function during low calorie days. Eat low calorie foods like vegetables and limit fruits to 1 a day. I will be be recording my progress for you guys. I hope to hear some success stories.
