Week 2: Great start to the week!

So i have lost 11 lbs in 6 days. It feels so great to say that, and I have not binged since i started this diet. But I have come to realize that the ABC diet has too many calories then what I am willing to eat right now. So I am starting my day out with a hot cup of black tea and possibly fasting today. I hope this determination never goes away because I need to meet my goals. Here is a look at my weight loss goals for the next 3 months. So far I am 214 and ahead of schedule.
